護理師是臨床現場的超級英雄，值得被看見、被尊重，也應被賦予更多力量。為了實現這個目標，我們從多個層面支持護理師的工作與專業發展，除了將第一線的真實洞察與創新構想，轉化為能在臨床落實的照護工具，也支持護理師從臨床經驗中發想創新，提供資源、知識與技術團隊協助，讓概念不只是想法，而能逐步成形。並建立符合護理節奏的設計流程，強調早期驗證與臨床可用性，確保每一項創新都能真正落地、發揮價值。
